friend is acting weird lately

I kind of feel like my best friend and her mom are up to something. Every time I ask my best friend to hang out she always says she has to do something as in a school project or helping her mom clean the dishes or a doctor's appointment. My best friend's mom always tries to get in my business so she found out that I smoke cigs and said that she didn't want my best friend hanging out with me for a little bit just to give us a break from each other cuz we hang out quite a lot, but it's been almost 2 months since I've gotten to hang out with my best friend. I sometimes feel like before school her mom tells her to tell me that shes busy after school. ALL I WANT IS TO HANG OUT WITH MY BEST FRIEND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!
