how on earth I’m supposed to have or get relief when it doesn’t work 100%

its more like sad, my mind is empty, missing space of love n care n cheering

this day honestly it just was from night n I took twice n well nothing much pain just continued like crazy but thankfully around afternoon it suddenly stopped so it seems to be gone but not all pills work like magic
this time I didn’t get much relief
so
pain is officially gone
