What do you do when you feel sad, where you have to keep going because there are no other options?

Hello! I am sorry to hear that you are going through a rough time, I get it. Try to take things day by day. Focus on making it to the end of each day successfully and eventually the days will compile and become easier to get through. Literally take things task by task and keep yourself busy. Try to do something that you are passionate about, something that will make getting out of bed easier when days are rough.

Try to do something for yourself everyday or something you enjoy. For example, taking a bath, doing a face mask, and/or going shopping online or in person. I know a lot of people who use shopping (whether real or pretend) as a way to cope when things get rough. Sometimes looking at clothes or shoes strangely helps and distracts. Do something kind for yourself everyday and always remember that people care about you.

@Chocolate0 I have to either go on a long tiring walk, a park or look around stores otherwise the sadness takes over and I loose all desire to function😵‍💫

@Chocolate0 What do i Do? I usually try to distract myself. I may watch YouTube, particularly the 3 stooges; television, nothing in particular just a mindless distraction, lay in bed. I try to sleep untill the strong feelings pass. Cry.
