This is so insightful!
Hello people, today I found something.
Isn't it true? How do you feel about this, share your thoughts below.
@Vagii
Ooh this is lovely, how being in a community with people across all walks in life bring so much more to the table, from different experiences and perceptions to many many shared learning opportunities. Team work making the dream work extra colorful and vibrant hehe!😃
On the flip side, I feel there's some tasks that are better managed alone as well and there's more autonomy and creative freedom!
I've an adaptive personality, I feel, switching between working fine alone xD and working fine in a team. For instance, somethings I like doing on my own and would'nt want others to meddle in, but other times, it's beautiful when there's coordination and team work and multiple people are working towards a common goal!🥰
How about you?
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
I am not sure about if I love to work alone or in community, but clearly I am loving to work as a listener and a small smile spreader soo yeahh it is definitely beautiful to work with people like you all :)
Working with community really brings so many perspectives on the table and I love to understand different views..
"People say there are two sides of a coin and a person mostly can see it, but there are many others which a person can't see him/herself... "
Lol a quote be me😂
@Vagii
Aw its okay to take your time exploring what suits you best. I am sooo happy to hear that you're enjoying being a part of the community and spreading smiles, it's amazing sharing this community-space with you.🥰
Awesome quote hehe, and so true, different people have a different lens to look at the world and people around, so it definitely helps to be around more of these carried perceptions and those who express themselves and share their view of the world with us!
@Vagii i believe Working within a community provides a profound sense of belonging, support, and shared purpose, igniting feelings of warmth and connection. 🌟💖 Interacting with others fosters bonds that alleviate feelings of loneliness and nurture a sense of belongingness, fostering resilience and happiness. 🤝😊 Additionally, receiving diverse perspectives and feedback from community members can evoke curiosity and empathy, enriching personal growth and fulfillment. 🌍🧠
@BelovedMe
Yes beloved I have similar views :) do you remember any instances where you get benefit from working in community? Would love to hear!
@Vagii Absolutely! One memorable instance was when I was part of a poetry community. Through collaboration and feedback, I improved my writing skills significantly. Additionally, the support and encouragement from fellow writers motivated me during challenging times, and celebrating each other's successes created a sense of camaraderie and shared achievement. It was truly inspiring and uplifting to be part of such a supportive community! 📝🤝✨
@BelovedMe
I lovee poetry! Though your English is nice 😲 I mean collection of words.. and yeah that's good to hear that it helped you :)
@Vagii you love poetry but here the question I should ask is that •••you write poems 🤔?
@BelovedMe
No I don't, I love listening to them :)
There are some colours hidden in the grey so working alone is just more boring and dull compared to life with a big community
@Vagii
honestly, i would say that for me both are colourful enough. you know working in a community with many people around helps us to motivate and explore new dimensions of an area. it becomes more jolly trying to connect with people but i also think that its very healthy to spend time alone, to find your true self and not be judged by anyone. to find your strengths and your motivation.
@Vagii Working alone is a good thing though! We have artistic masterpieces, and musical triumphs because a single individual decided to capture their soul in artistic form by themselves, community isn't necessity when it comes to brilliant invention.
@Vagii
I'm used to having to work alone so I would probably say, working alone.
