This have been hard
Yesterday me and a person I know walked by a young women that aggressively accused me of crimes. That did not do. I never seen her before. The person I was with stood up for and then this women did same to here before giving up, i been a nervous wreck even since, I did not sleep well last night and still on high alert today. I wonder how long it takes for me to back to normal and if there is anything do to get back to normal.

It is shocking to be aggressively approached any time and being on guard and anxious is normal reaction. It sound like this person may have been disturbed maybe going through some type of mental health issue to make accusations about people she has never even seen before.
When we realize this person is not clear and it may have been a situation of anyone who crossed her path would have been accused or what ever. Once we see it does not have anything to do with us in reality we can see it was a case of wrong place and time in crossing paths with a disturbed person.
