...See more  Yesterday me and a person I know walked by a young women that aggressively accused me of crimes. That did not do. I never  seen her before. The person I was with stood up  for and then this women did same to here before giving up, i been a nervous wreck even  since, I did not sleep well last night and still on high alert  today.  I wonder how long it takes for me to back to normal and if there is anything do to get back to normal.

...See more  Me and buddy had a fight last night. I was being very supportive.  This friend too it the wrong way and ause me on. Not want her around not being her friend. Also acused me of auguing to her. . I did not any thing of what she thought I did. I now worried is this friendship over not. I did feel safe last night but this fight made relize how much I care about this buddy. I was not surprise she acted the way she did since she had trauma l  how do I go about talking to her agagin and not make things worse?

...See more  I am doing some art work for some gifts  this year. It harder and frustrating  since it is I never did type before and more complex than I ever did. how can  stay calm and not get frustrated though this? So far I had take 2 break and a lot longer than I expected. Not sure I can get done on time😠
