Hey there! 7 Cups is really a great place for teens, especially those going through tough times. We have a special Teen Community where they can connect with others who might be going through similar experiences. Our trained listeners are here to provide support and a safe space for them to express themselves.

It’s not just a place to talk, it’s a place to grow and feel emotionally supported. Through conversations, your child can learn how to manage their feelings and challenges, and at the same time, feel less alone. This community is all about offering support, not judgment, which is so important when young people are facing everything life throws at them.

We truly understand how challenging and confusing the teen years can be, and that’s why we’ve created this space with empathy and care. Our goal is to help your child feel heard and supported without feeling judged. We’re here for them, just as much as we’re here for you, because we know how important it is to have that understanding when navigating tough times.❤️😊

It can be a great place for teens! :) Just make sure you obviously have a discussion with them about internet safety because even though 7cups has a process before approving any adults to access the teen side, it is still the internet. Let them know that if they are going to join 7cups, they need not add anyone from here on any socials. I know it can be hard to resist as a teenager, especially if they find themselves connecting. I hope your teen enjoys cups!
