Panic attacks

I think I just had my first panic attack. I had opened up about feeling like my friends hate me to them and I started crying. They said they don’t hate me, but I couldn’t believe them. I just kept crying and the crying turned to hyperventilating. Then I couldn’t stop crying or catch my breath and it felt like I was suffocating. It was a bit scary, but I think I’m ok now.

I'm so sorry you had that. I have had panic attacks and they are horrible. But makes me happy that you are good now. If you need to says something else, you can say, I don't judge

@littleStrawberries1840You are caring and sensitive person who values friendship a lot. You may be having too many friends in your life and thats may be the reason you are feeling insecure in friendship which is a normal feeling.
I had similar experience loke you before. I did a lot of things to keep friendship with too many friends and at the end the only true friends who valued me stayed with me fore-ever. I also learnt that we always find new friends in our life from school, workplace and family and some friends move on for many uncontrollable reasons like changing schools, cities, work, etc.
Please remember that you do not have to prove anything to your friends, and they can accept you as it is. Therefore, do not worry about what they think.
Always trust that you are a brave, beautiful and honest soul. Alway remind this to yourself every day when you feel any anxiety or panic attacks which are not worth a penny. Slowly you will find that you are most lovable friend and role model to many others, and you will connect with true friends.
Life is Beautyful and enjoy it

It's perfectly normal! A lot of times Anxiety does that to people- and it could lead into Panic Attacks like what happened to you. Its also called the Fight, Flight and Freeze.
It happens to a lot of people including myself so your not alone in this!
