Moments of Peace
Lately, I've been trying to find ways to deal with my anxiety. I enjoy walking, listening to music, playing with my dog, and trying to get better at playing the ukulele. But sometimes it's hard to motivate me to do these tasks. I want to better myself and get back into the things I used to love doing.
What tasks do you like to do that help you find a moment of peace in your day-to-day lives and how do you stay motivated?

I love going on walks, drawing, painting, listening to music and singing. And also whenever I feel sad I talk to my uncle. He never fails to cheer me up 💕

It had been hard for me to keep my mind peace or calm. Sometime anxiety is very high and i feel helpless. Definitely i feel urgue to talk to friend but usually we can't expect someone around all time. So i try to divert my mind.
Meditation and good walk daily had helped me in past. I try i keep that doing. When i miss it for long than i face anxiety.
Ever want to keep practicing deep breathing on daily basis.

Having access to a variety of songs keeps me motivated to practice and improve my skills, providing a much-needed outlet for my anxiety.
