Life In General
For me, life in general has been challenging, and I struggle with coping strategies I don't know which can help me even if it's recommended I don't want to try it in case it's not helpful but I will not know if I don't try it but it's like I don't want to try it because of how sad I am feeling if anyone can relate to this and reply with an idea to help me it would be much appreciated

I totally get you it’s tough to even think about trying something new when you’re feeling down, and it’s like a weird catch-22, right? You want to feel better but you’re scared that trying won’t help, and that makes it even harder to try in the first place! I’ve been there.
But hey, what’s the worst that could happen? You try something, and it’s a flop? At least you get a funny story out of it. 😅 Maybe start small like just trying one little thing, and if it doesn’t work, you can say “Well, that was a fun experiment!” But don’t be hard on yourself. Every step, no matter how tiny, is still progress.
