Dear Santa Cups,
I've been a bit reclusive and passive this year. Not that I'm regretting it. Could you make me braver to encountering other, not other, but the humans in my neighborhood and community? So that I can learn about others' experience. And to be more interested in people than trying to seem interesting. I'm not sure I like to share activities with others. I tend to like to do things on my own. Anyways, you're quite a outgoing man with plans, Santa. Please send some cheer to me too and give me the magic to believe in me and other people.

Hi Santa,
For a goal, I want to get my confidence back as I feel sad a lot, and I think that I could have depression just that it's undiagnosed I have suffered for years feeling sad and useless and I don't enjoy things as I used to I rarely cry but I'm strong and try not to sometimes I let it out because it's too much but my goal is to get more confident I just doubt I will get it back

It’s perfectly okay to not feel okay sometimes, and I want you to know that your emotions are valid. Feeling sad and struggling with confidence doesn’t make you weak it means you’re human, and you’re doing your best. Please remember that healing doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s okay to take things one day at a time. Don’t be too hard on yourself for not feeling 100%, you’re working toward it, and that’s already a victory.
