It all temporary but no option

I know talking stranger and having some good time for time being make me feel accompany but how long it will go. From few months i just don't feel to keep repeating anymore. It tiring now for me.
It draining emotional level and I have lot drama in life to handle.
I don't know how i be happy or feel accompany on own. Being busy make me pass day that good.
But I need inner peace regardless being busy or free.
Any tips for that ??

I try keep busy too ❤distraction is a good thing 🙂 with depression it can hit at any time, I know that's a scary thought🙁 but thank God we got 7 cups, a place for support when bad days strike, we are all here for you ❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ everything is gonna be ok ❤

I think they are all parts of a good life: a small chat with a stranger sometimes, talking to work/school colleagues or neighbours, finding some everyday peace and safety in work and daily routines.
Finding a platonic friend, you mentioned in another thread, I believe might be more complicated. From my experience it is hard to separate emotional intimacy from physical one, it looks like they are interconnected.

I agree with you. But i am very much introvert in real life than virtual. I find difficult to maintain smile if not good mood. I had one platonic relationship it work well. Definitely it hurt also when we end thing. Misses them also. But still whatever time it was it was safe place for me.
Now i can't invest in any type of relationship as I am not capable of emotional drama. As now people are fast and life also .I don't understand the complex mind.
Spiritual level people say find within but to reach that level is not easy. So till then their would be day . There would be days I will be sad for not having safe place. It's okay.

For me it sounds like you just wanted to find your own path, with some labelling or "repeat the last best choice" attitude as ways of helping with that. I think it is good to look for a relationship which is not much "drama", but more peaceful, emotionally supportive and nourishing. But finding and cherishing such a relationship may take some additional effort...
You said something like the world being too fast, people acting too fast... Did you mean you needed building connection more slowly, but on deeper level?

Meditation has really helped me personally. It provides a chance to stop and listen to myself. No matter if I'm busy or have all the time in the world, I can meditate and deeply look at whatever is on the mind and see it for what it is. Whatever the mind is coming up with, whether it makes sense or doesn't, listening to that provides me the opportunity to take action. If it makes sense, then I'm aware of what is bothering me and so the cause of suffering becomes apparent, which I feel is half the battle. If it doesn't make sense, then I'm aware of that and I can simply try and let it go. Either way after a meditation session, I'm better off. I started using meditation apps like Calm and Headspace to get into it in the beginning. Hope this is helpful to you and I hope that you are able to find something that works for you, if not this then something else. Take care.
