I dunno what to do anymore..
Ok so I just went to this comfort ability program (CAP) I dunno if anyone has heard of it before but it's a program for chronic pain and or illnesses where you and your parents go to learn things about it. I went with my sister which was nice to know someone there but like I feel like my parents are solely focused on helping her figure things out then they are for me. Which makes me feel unheard and kinda uncared for if that makes sense. For some background I'm 15 and she's 18, I've dealt with my chronic illnesses for about 4 years and she about 1. So I kinda get that she might need more help figuring stuff out bc she hasn't had to deal with it as long.. but like I don't have it figured out anything all, and they haven't helped me very much throughout the 4 years ive been dealing with this. Even though they have been helping her figure it out all throughout her whole time. And I mean they are wonderful parents and they are supportive especially my mom less so my dad he's kinda um "traditional" I'll go with but sorry for the ramble! I kinda just wanted to get it off my chest and maybe get opinions or some advice^^ hope everyone's day is wonderful!!
