Feeling lost
I don't know what's happening with me . Ever it also happened with anyone that whatever you do , you start to overthinking abt it everytime like am i said right ? He or she doesn't misunderstood me right? He or she's not thinking bad abt me . I literary check 100 times that whatever I said or did is not effecting someone. It's also effecting my academic progress like I know the answer still I feel afraid what if it's wrong. I feel so frustrated and stressed often
Hey, I can feel the weight of what you’re carrying. It sounds like your mind is running like a hamster wheel, nonstop, turning the same thoughts over and over. And I know how exhausting that can be. It’s like trying to hold a cup of water steady, but your hand keeps shaking because you’ve been holding it too long. Eventually, something’s got to give.
You’re not alone in feeling this way. So many people have that little voice in their head questioning, “Was that okay? Did I mess up? Are they upset with me?” It’s like your brain is playing a game of “spot the mistake,” even when there’s nothing wrong. But here’s the thing: most of the time, people are so wrapped up in their own lives and worries that they don’t even notice the things you’re overthinking.
About feeling afraid to answer in class even when you know the answer? That’s like standing on the edge of a swimming pool, knowing you can swim but still scared to jump. It’s natural to feel that way, but once you take that leap and see you’re not sinking, you’ll realize you were more prepared than you thought.❤️
You’re putting so much pressure on yourself to be perfect, but perfection is like chasing the horizon, you can run forever and never get there. And you know what? You don’t need to. People don’t connect with us because we’re perfect; they connect because we’re real.
If overthinking is a storm in your mind, then practicing self-kindness is your umbrella. Every time that voice in your head starts questioning you, try to challenge it. Ask yourself, “Would I judge my best friend for this? Would I be this harsh on them?” Probably not. You deserve that same compassion.
Remember, you’re not a burden, you’re not failing, and you’re not alone in this. Think of me as someone standing beside you, cheering you on and saying, “You’ve got this.” The road feels bumpy right now, but every step forward is proof of how strong you are. ❤️🙌🙌
