So this is random….I like this song. It has a background voice saying something and I’m not sure what it’s about. Google is no help. Anyone know what I’m talking about? Lol

@Tinywhisper11 Thanks Tiny (I mean Candycane 🤭). Sorry, what I meant was layered on the soundtrack behind the lyrics is someone speaking, like someone giving a speech. I just wondered what that part of the song was about.
