Do You Do This?

Heyaaaa You Hopeful People ❤️
I hope you all are keeping well!
So here I am! 😁 With a
Question!! Question!! Question!!
In an environment of intense competition and comparison all around us, the nature of personal and professional progress/growth has changed.
How? Let's see some examples!
"Don't share this information with anybody! We will tell this ourselves and impress the boss"
"Never share your notes with anybody, what if they become a topper like you?"
"Keep things private, never share your intentions with anybody! You can lose something by sharing your vulnerabilities!"
So, I guess you all know right, what am I talking about?
Well, progress has changed from community based and collective growth to individual intellect and secrecy bags! Aren't we losing leaders in our society?
Because I strongly believe leaders are those who transform their vision into a reality! They are open hearted, they share their most vulnerable experiences so that the world learns from them! They care for the people and they strongly believe in collaboration!
I have met a lot of leaders here on 7 cups! I really appreciate all of you! ❤️ For who you all are!
But it's important that we consciously think about this to inculcate social intelligence!
Q. What do you think about this? Do you agree that we are shifting to a secrecy culture? Please do mention the reason for whatever answer you chosen
Q. Do you think that we should keep things (any information, including personal life experiences/career intentions or information etc) private to us? What are those things we shouldn't share with anybody and why?
Q. Who do you call a leader? And how can we become leaders in our society?
Waiting for your answers!
Come on! Let's know what do we think about this!
Click up the reply tab and type down! I'm waiting! Won't take much effort my family!
Regards,
Resilience ❤️

I think you are right and I agree with you. Social medias is in part responsible for this, because it shows the best of people life and hide the worst. We all want to be perfect but we can't be perfect, so people one day will go crazy for all of this.
I think we have to learn when the time to say personal thing is and what we say. Sometimes is just not the moment.
Probably, we shouldn't share things that can put us and/or work in danger
I'm kind of a leader. I think we have to ve objective and empathetics, also know how to act under pressure. We can become leaders when we care for people

@resilience2025 well thank God we have this site, we don't have to hide our true selves here. Personally I think we need people who inspire us, someone understanding patient, and with a big heart, so we all have the potential to be leaders, we can all change the world, one kind deed at a time. We also need law and leaders who keep us safe and organised. But calling someone a leader can cause trouble 'never follow the masses cause sometimes there's a silent M'
but yeah society has a huge impact on everything we do and are taught
@Tinywhisper11
Give you hugss 🫂 💓I am copying Whisper's "whisper"😁
I do agree that we need people who inspire us, understanding and patient in nature and with a "big heart"💕 ahhhh! I just got the answer I was probably searching for through this forum post!
Thank youuuu charming ladyyy💗💗

@resilience2025 😁😁

to be a leader, what is the leaders vision of reality? I think today’s leaders are in high income brackets and don’t understand the reality of the cost of living. And I believe a good leader would be somebody like you said who is good hearted. Has gone through trauma, and keeps growing and improving. Even the person who decides to delete whatever she could on her own social media to not be harassed any more can make a difference.
