I'm finding this app confusing to use.
Like I joined the 50+ community and today couldn't find it. I only found it again by accident because someone replied to my post.
Also I don't want to be an ageist but there's no clear separation between adults and teens and different age groups.
On the topic of paying for therapy. I want to make a one time payment and use up the time and then decide if I need it for another week or not. I'm unemployed and broke so I need to micro manage my money.

The communities are all grouped under headings. The age based ones, along with some others are under Peer Groups. I haven't used the app, so I don't know how to direct you better to see those on the app.
Can you explain more how you would expect the teens to be separated from adults? There's actually some pretty clear rules, forums are one of the few places adult and teen members can interact. If you ever come across someone under 18 in a group chatroom or in 1-1s whle you are using your (adult) member account, the account the teen is using should be reported, because it means their account is incorrectly set as an adult account (ie. Their age wasn't input correctly). The age based adult communities are open to all adults, but topics are intended to interest those of the listed demographic.
For therapy, it's typically billed monthly. You can try emailing or using the help desk to discuss options with 7cups staff.
