I can totally relate to how you're feeling. I feel the same sometimes. Your feelings are come valid. And it's totally okay to focus on only yourself for some time and taking a break from everyone. ❤️
If you want, you can let people know you want some time for yourself and use that time to focus on taking care of yourself. Those who care will understand. And don't worry about everyone else. Identify the triggers, prioritize and break down the tasks and seek support if needed. Set boundaries to prevent burn out. If you're already on low energy then you don't need to give it to other people. ❤️
