I don't think I can message you first on my listener account, either, because I'm not a teen (but listen to teens and adults). I'd post my URL here but I would prefer to keep my listener and member accounts separate and not connected on a public thread.

Let me see if I can think of a way you could find me. I'm sorry that I'm just not comfortable having my listener and member accounts connected publicly - I hope you understand. I would write down my URL and then delete it but I am unable to delete posts.

If this is too complicated, please feel free to browse listeners - you can look up topics such as "grief", "depression"; I believe there is one for "chronic illness". I'm sorry I'm not being more helpful. So many hugs.

Ok, if you go to browse listeners, put in "teens" for the "listens to" box. Put in "anxiety" as the topic, and United States as the country. Use the search terms "ocd depression chronic pain". I should show up and you can message me from there. Hope that helps.

Sending you many hugs. I don't have bipolar disorder as far as I know, but it sounds so tough, and you must be a really strong person. But that's not to say you can't also need support - we're all here for you <3 Do you have coping mechanisms you've tried in the past that have helped you? *Hugs you tightly* You're wonderful and I care about you.

I have a lot of tools to cope, and a very supportive bf. I feel very blessed for that. I have no support network though, so sometimes I just need someone to give me a big warm hug
