Problem with invisible profile picture
When I change my profile picture to a GIF, it would take me to the page that says the website is unable to do my request. I changed it to a JPG and it worked but then it made it invisible.
Does anyone else have this problem. It is bothering me a lot and I did submit my 'Help Support' message.

Hi! My profile picture is a GIF as a JPG, and I can see it perfectly anywhere, except in my computer. It s invisible too. I know it s there because this only happens with my computer, but it s annoying. I tried to re-place it, but the same happened to me. You are not alone

@Daf8 I can see your profile picture here in the forum, and it is animated, but I cannot see it in your profile. I don't understand why this is. Perhaps the problem is that the image file is huge—nearly 5 MB. A smaller file might work.

One day the 7cups stated that no GIFs are allowed in profile pictures anymore...only old ones kept...
Yet I saw this rule broken over and over again with people having GIF s as their profile pic...
So I just swallowed the pill with 7cups hypocrisy once more, breaking their own rules...

Not frustrated at all, just noting facts and anomalies about 7cups...it does not affect me since I never used a GIF but I use my mind, my memory and my documentation😉...
