I don't know what else to try. I have no one else to go to. And if I don't make an attempt to ask for help now, I fear I never will.
I'm relapsing. My [mental] health is spiraling out of control again. My PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores have climbed back up to astronomical heights. I'm back in the storm, and old demons are reawakening.
If you're up for a challenge (read: sh*tshow), let's talk.
