Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you live with chronic pain, it's very difficult to live with it and can take it's toll on our mental health.
Most days can be a challenge and some days we begin with exhaustion.
When others wake up with a fully charged 100% battery, we wake up with bareley 40%, so we often have less to start with, even though our day is just as long.
Yet we have much more to deal with than the fully charged people.

Being physically and mentally exhausted can make us feel small and less than others, leaving us feeling like we can't do anything or feeling like we're not as capable as other people. But the truth is, we're not less than others. We are just as good as others, we're capable too and we are able to do many thinigs. We just have to learn different ways to do things. We have to adapt in different ways. And that requires us to be resourceful.
Being mentally exhausted can be a challenge on our resourcefulness.

But that can be helped.
With good self care, focusing on mental well-being and self love, we can charge ourselves a bit more and strengthen our believes in ourselves and what we can do.

I deal with chronic pain every single day, so I relate to how difficult it can be to deal with it.
But I can tell you that it is managable, there is a way to stop it from controling your life and there is a way to find challenging days less challenging with the right mental state.

There is some work that we need to put in to feeling better mentally, but if we feel better mentally we'll be able to feel less pain.

Reading up about chronic pain is good and finding ways to cope with it in healthy ways is a very good thing to do.

I'm a listener here and if you want to talk about your chronic pain and it's challenges you're very welcomed to send me a message :)

I hope you have a wonderful day :)
