What goals are you working on today?
Many of my friends have a set goal during this tough pandemic. Some people may find it hard to keep motivated to stay at home. Of course! We haven't been confined to be inside the house for this long, under these extreme surreal conditions! Several people I know have diet goals, mental health goals, and straight up silly goals all while maintaining the safety of public health (6 feet apart, minimal social interaction)
Do you have a goal for this quarantine? I, myself, am working on my self image and working to get fit for college sports. How about you? What do you have in mind? If you don't have a goal, tell me your daily schedule you adjusted ever since online school started, or work at home, or whatever fits your circumstances.
It's a really tough time now. But 7cups is your safe space. We love you for being here, and I'd love to see you interact with this post. This will all calm down soon. Worrying will only get you amped up about things you don't want to happen, nor would it get you anywhere! Stay positive. Today is the final day of work for my summer semester, my last class of third year university. 👍trying to find some motivation to finish my last assignment.

Im proud of you. Youre an amazing human being.
Well I finished my rehab therapy for being addicted to a variety of substances. I'm doing really really good at my job because I'm able to concentrate better. Now there are all kinds of petty jealousies and arguments in the office because the boss has given me a lot of praise lately. My goal is not to relapse today 😩

Aww thank you!! That means a lot to me. I was just getting ready to go to work and thinking how much I didn't want to go today!! But then I would slip back into my old life/old habits where I wouldn't want to get up, keep losing my job, taking any and all drugs I could get my hands to get high etc etc.. I really need this job now because I want to start planning for a future you know? And I want to prove to myself that I can do it.I really like your feedback and will try to stay strong and productive so maybe my co-workers will respect me one day. Maybe for once I can be a positive role model. I never imagined that for myself!!! Thank you so much for your support!!

6:00 AM - Exercise
6:30 AM - Take a shower
7:20 AM - Prepare for classes
7:30 AM - Give the Good Morning's to my friends.
8:00 AM - 3:30 PM; I have classes. And my two Recess.
3:30 PM - I take a breath and eat something.
4:00 PM - I continue making homework with the new assignments.
6:30 PM - I have my dinner with family
7:00 PM - I watch my serie.
8:00 PM - Dance my favorite music genre
8:30 PM - Start seeign tutorials of choreographies for practice.
9:00 PM - Prepare for sleep.
10:00 PM - See my phone.
11:00 PM - Give the Good Morning to my Spain friends.
11:40 PM - I sleep.
That's my daily routine.
In Saturday and Sunday I don t do anything of homework. Even if I had. I deserve a little rest from everything. :)
At the start of quarantine, I was diagnosed with tendonitis in both of my achilles heels. I've been working on strengthening my legs to fix the issue, and have been able to see a physio too. Today should hopefullly be my final appointment, and I am really proud for not letting it get any worse and needing surgery!
Become a content streamer but with a heavy focus on art...
I just worry though if it will be a flop. Folks these days seem to have extremely high expectations.
Walking away from people who see me as an opportunity instead of an asset....
My goals for today:
Taking my meds on time DONE
Yoga and Workout DONE
Going to my therapist appointment on time and without any stress
Preparing for an afternoon appointment with my university prof regarding my thesis
Drink enough water throughout the day

I've been struggling a bit recently with my job hunt. I'm trying to set smaller more achievable targets but I've also been taking more time to just enjoy instead of heaping stress on myself. Today I made jam for the first time.
