Seeing my parents smiling at each other
Everything was just peaceful today, I said hi to a few of my neighbors while I was cycling and they said Hi back. That made me somewhat happy today, shouts out to listener too. That person has helped me calm down about all my anxiousness, thank you.

I went cycling around my neighborhood too. It was a sunny day outside today and it's a good day to feel alive. 
The fact that I'm alive
I got to go to my boyfriend's house today. We hadn't seen eachother in almost a month, and he's been busy and unable to talk, so it's been difficult for me, due to my anxiety. This helped a lot!
Today's weather was so nice, I smiled :)
My sister talking about her kpop groups she likes. I love seeing people talk about what they enjoy.

Left the house for the first time in 12 days, just to go on a drive. Made me smile to sing Disney and drive past Disneyland knowing everything will be okay☺️

The weather today. It was a gorgeous clear sky and pretty warm. I didn't spend a lot of time out but it was great. Tomorrow I plan to spend a lot of the day outside.
