I will start with this riddle:
What is easy to get into, but hard to get out of?
Thousands of orphans who lost their old home,
found by others who have lost their own.
To hide a secret that is obvious to all,
becomes even more obvious when the host falls.

This is a riddle I came up with myself. I posted it a few months back already in this topic, but let's see if it can be answered again. Might be a tiny bit more challenging for @allnaturalNight50 
I know a restaurant. It has no menu, but you can order everything you want.
Eating there is free, yet theres a maximum amount of money you can spent.
The cook isn't professionally trained and exclusively cooks for one, because it's impossible for costumers to walk in here with or without reservation.
And still.. you wouldn't want to eat there voluntarily if you could.
How can this be? Where is this?

The first is a sign of something good,

the third is vulgar and mean,
the fourth is bound by a ring;
