The past is a nice place to visit but not to live

Insomnia holds me close Cocoons around my body Swaying me side to side Singing me a lullaby But it's voice is like an alarm Like angered shouts behind walls You hear it all too well You barely rest when it echos A ringing in your ears Booming words through mountain-tops Restless, Aware.. Too much awake (I wrote this, kind of a short poem. Hope you enjoyed reading!)

A comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing grows there

Trust your heart if the seas catch fire and live by love though the stars walk backwards

The pain of not knowing far exceeds the pain of even the most destructive behaviors

I am not afraid to keep on living, i am not afraid to walk this world alone

I want to try and convince my heart to feel again

I want to beat my chest and try to make it start again

And I should say that we should take a break from all the pain our brain has made, the game is not played alone. And I should say thay we should take a moment, and hold it, and keep it frozen and know that life has a hopeful undertone.
