Let's start with a logic puzzle! Which square fits in the last grid?
Rob is taller than Edwin is; Jurgen is shorter than Rob is.
Of only one of the following statements, we now certainly know it is correct:
A. Edwin is taller than Jurgen is
B. Jurgen is taller than Edwin is
C. It cannot be determined if Jurgen or Edwin is tallest.
Which of the statements is certainly correct?
@DarkWolf
i feel C is answer as no one knows the height comparision between edwin and jurgen
@niceDaisy36 is it easy to find the answers online? It's where wolf finds his questions anyways.
@niceDaisy36 "III" :
Innate Indian Intelligence😉
@DarkWolf
it would be C.
finally you ask something I can answer!
@DarkWolf i choose "W" because the question starts with that letter and I am confident I am right.
@DarkWolf
oh Daisy already answered. Nvm then
@DarkWolf 1 7 3
@Lifer I get the same result :)
@cloudySummer....I hope we're right! 🤞
@Lifer
It is not quite right.
Look at the first hint in the box underneath the question marks. It says: '1 number is correct and placed in the proper spot'. That means from that box you can only use 1 number.. and you've used the 3 as well as the 7.
Knowing this, can you figure it out?
@DarkWolf 716 @DarkWolf
@DarkWolf 710 goes too
@Cflower
716 as well as 710 doesn't work.
You picked 7 as your first number. In the first clue to the right of the question marks, it says: '1 number is correct and placed in the wrong spot.' This means that it's impossible for the number 7 to be in the first spot in this puzzle. Otherwise the clue would have said that there's also a number that's correct and in the right spot, but it doesn't say that.
@DarkWolf lucid as always wolf🤗🤗🤗 @DarkWolf
@DarkWolf 617 or 017
@DarkWolf final answer is:
671
071
@DarkWolf
This was a hard one...
973...
@DarkWolf 153
Well, we know that it doesn't end in 1 but 1 is part of the answer. ..because we know that 8, 9 and 4 are not part of the answer and the last clue says one of the numbers is correct. (8, 9 , 1)
So that leaves us with 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7.
Does you think that's right? (i see that I added #6 to the possiblities, but the #6 isn't even an option is it? )
@Lifer it doesn't seem to be @Lifer since the cases identify a digit always...this is a terribly hard one...
@Cflower Maybe we should ask DarkWolf to show some mercy and give us the answer?
973 and I'm going crazy already, somebody give me a sledhammer, a plasma torch amd open the safe already😂
@Cflower I think we've come up with every combination possible. LOL!
Finally- I can go to sleep. LOL :)
