Dear younger self,

You will have to go through a lot of pain. There will be many people and times you will be hurt - shaken so bad that you believe you are bad and unworthy.

This is NOT true - you are WORTHY AND GOOD AND LOVABLE AND NECESSARY. You are supposed to be here, you have a divine right to use your voice.

Do not let this pain you endure blind you to the love and light that surrounds you and is within you. Do not allow these past pains to dull your spark or dim your light.

Use all you go through - to learn and to fully receive the hidden blessings in everything - the good and the bad.
