Communicate your feelings and let them out don't hold them in; learn to protect and take care of yourself now.

Don't fall in love! You will get your heart crushed many of times!

Try and make as many friends as possible as you grow up so you always have someone to fall back on if everyone leaves you.

Love yourself!

Respect yourself!
