When you have a ship to explore Earth you must know how to chose your crew, medic, cook, botanist, astronomer, empaths, religions, fishermen from the 4th corners of the rose star, tattooted fighters, singers, story tellers, craftsmen and women and then equip your ship with dome glass brass fresh water distillers, onboard fish cannerry, goats and chickens...etc...(or as a gullible friend of mine once wrote ect., i excepted that because I did not want to braje their heart). Having a diversified language and skill crew is not enough, further you have to encourage knowledge sharing and transfer throughout the journey, so everyone learnes from everyone else and one individual is no longer critical...well, the space is yours myfriend and I shall not pollute it nomore...wind in your sails...
