What do you do when you are feeling like it's a 'bad day' that always makes you feel better?

For bad-bad days, if I'm privileged enough to have some time off for myself, I do that, isolate and give myself time to feel better.
Other quick hacks for me usually are watching some comfort movie or show, having some good food if I can nudge my appetite a little, listening to music, going for a walk or just sleeping for a time-out from reality hehe. Can't say these work always or a 100% but hey, we gotta try what we can try!😄
