I have signed up again with Bumble to use the friends feature.
Now that I have I remember why I deleted my old account. So based on a picture you are expected to make contact. You can't look their profile or even interests. You see who you were matched with. So looking at everyone I find myself trying to find the most pathetic human being possible. Someone so self loathing they will consider being my friend.

yea those aps are ruff. i tried them a month or so out of my last relationship (10yrs) and it def wasn’t right for me then so i bailed. part of me has been wanting to try again bc it’s been like 8 months and i do feel better and different…but my confidence is still trash. i can’t seem to lift myself up.
