My mum and my siblings are the one supposed to care for me but whenever I ask for help they are not able to support me

I think in my life I have learned sometimes people we expect to help us aren't the ones who can give us the best help. I try to respect those kinds of people anyways, and look to my self or other good resources. They are out there! Maybe this may work for you. I hope it goes ok for you - glad to hear you are ok.
