Hello. I'm looking to connect with individuals who have dealt with septic shock, either personally or as a caregiver/family member of a survivor. I'd really like to hear your stories.
Thanks

I witnessed septic shock firsthand just over 5 years ago. It's a serious situation. The hospital where it happened later implemented a checklist for nurses and paraprofessionals to follow to prevent septic shock complications. But that was a little too late for us, as it happened. I can't even imagine how much worse it would be now in a time of even greater chaos, like the one we're in currently.
