Wellness Journal
I was listening to a recording and the therapist was discussing keeping a wellness journal. She was talking about tools for recovery. It got me to thinking, because many people keep journals for recovery, and many people keep food journals, but this was the first time I'd heard someone talk about a wellness journal.
What would a wellness journal mean for you?

Thanks for posting🥰. A wellness journal sounds like a good way to keep track of my days and I love the idea of looking back and see how much progress I have made.
Here are stuff I would like to put in my diary:
- Day staying clean
E.g 2024.12.6 Friday (1st day staying clean)
- An brief account of my day
- Something that I'm grateful for.
- Something that has made me smile.
