Feeling 'fat' during recovering

Please feel free to remove this thread if this is considered triggering. During recovery, I have been feeling fatter lately. I don't like this feeling at all. Trying to loosen the obsessive food rules is proven to be hard for me. My stomach feels as though it is becoming saggier and I have stretch lines across the stomach area. This is making me feel more worthless. Is it because I have been bingeing so much? :(

@TaylorTheLemonSlayer stretchmarks comes bc you gain weight faster than the body can "make more skin". So maybe you gain too much weight too fast? Anyhow, sometimes you have to gain weight fast (bc you are too underweight or something) and stretchmarks aren't really the worst thing in the world. I have them too friend, and I hate them, but I have gotten used to them.

As long as you stay a healthy weight, you are not getting fat. A BMI between [edited by 24Help1 for triggering content] is good. I know it can be triggering to weigh oneself, but maybe they can just tell you your BMI? That can give you a little peace to know that you are not getting fat heart

@EvilRegalsReadToo I'm not underweight. Although I have been trying to eat whatever without worrying about it, it's just...difficult sometimes. Back in 2017, I was considered underweight, but not on a dangerous level. I had anorexic thought processes back them. In 2018, every week I was bingeing. Right now I am 1 month binge free yet again (a yay for me). Sometimes I feel as though I became an angrier person from it...I'm not too sure how to explain it. I guess eating disorders can turn you into someone you aren't. :/
