ED Recovery with relapses

25(F) recovering from binge-eating. Been keeping a food diary to observe my (new and old) triggers, but needs help with coping mechanism. Do suggest ways to deal with triggers so I could stop reaching for food for comfort. Thank you everyone :)

@yellowIdea7518 Whenever I restrict and don't want to eat, but craves it I "just" go outside my home. Go for walks, bikerides or being social in any way. That takes my mind of off food. I can imagine it helps with binges too, bc I do binge, but oftentimes I just don't binge, bc I decide to go outside instead.
Note: Please DO NOT go grocery shopping when you want to binge/eat for comfort/am hungry/whatevs!
Yes, it helps since I only binge when I'm home! Jeez, why didnt I think of leaving my house for awhile to break the cycle. I've added your suggestion onto my post-it in my food journal as a reminder! Thank you @TheMadHatterWasHere
