If you've recovered, let us know what helped! If you're working on it, what do you intend to do -- and what are some steps you've managed to take? Whatever the case, you've got this!! Good luck! Youre doing so well.

I believe something I learnt is that recovery is not easy and beautiful as people usually think it is. It's always full of relapses, full of self hate. But I also learnt that it get's better, with time and right support system, it gets better

I haven't recovered yet, but I plan to (and we're also here for that too, right?!) and I think my way of going through recovery would be to do it with veganism, as choosing not to hurt other sentient beings makes me feel better about myself.

I am using an app to try and help me recover. I am using RR Eating Disorder Management.
If anyone else here is using an app, what app are you using and do you think it's helping?

that's a nice one!! thank you for sharing!
Recovery isn't about being perfect every day or never slipping or never having these thoughts. It's about being stronger than the disorder, louder than the ED voice, and about getting back up when you fall down. And above all else, it is possible! Stay strong, ED Warriors!
