tips?

So does anyone use any tips that help them eat more? I can't think of anything that will make me eat more. does anyone have any tips? thanks.

@Sophieswiftie13 Sure thing! Have you thought about trying smaller, more frequent meals? Sometimes that can make it easier to eat more overall. Also, adding things like nuts, avocado, or cheese to your meals can bump up the calories without making you feel too full. And don't forget about snacks! Keeping healthy snacks like trail mix or yogurt on hand can help you get more calories in throughout the day.

These are great tips.  I've also found that when having a difficult time getting nutrition in, it had helped to get an ensure or protein shake in that has nutrients that my dietitian had recommended.  I still use that when I'm in a hurry and having a busy day and needing to get nutrients in but struggling with time.

I have an alarm set to eat every 3 hours. Something is better than nothing.
