Not loosing weight
I eat what I think would be a healthy breakfast and dinner. Sometimes I eat lunch, sometimes I don't. It's healthy as well. But problem is... after I lost the first few kgs I haven't lost anything since :S
Why am I not loosing weight? I can barely eat less, so I guess I should move more?

It can be discouraging when we aren’t seeing results. But, I hope it doesn’t encourage you to eat less. Moving more could be something nice to try to see if it works. Progress takes time. <3💜

I feel you. It is so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain weight. Starving yourself does not make you lose weight; our body store fat instead of burning it. Limit your calorie intake but not to the point of not giving your body the necessary nutrition. Also, exercise is important if you want to lose weight.
Self-control and perseverance are necessary for losing weight. I kept losing to temptation when I see snacks and lose motivation when I did not see much progress.😭
Good luck!! 👍
first of all if u want to lose weight you must eat breakfast for your better metabolism . also you should eat 3-4 a day ,it's healthy ,don't skip breakfast ,dinner lunch.. also it's important to drink 2-2.5 lt water a day. also if you lost some kg and you freeze on it ,try different meals. eat protein, vegatebles ,less sugar ,less bread . try some workouts ,if you're not the type of sport ,try 10-15 cardio workouts everyday it's the best ,try 10000 steps a day ,it'll definetely help, if you'll need other advices and support text me ! 💙 p.s. i were 108 KG and now i'm 67KG with healthy eating and workout ,nothing is impossible 💙
@TheMadHatterWasHere It's impossible to say without knowing more. Common issues:
1. You are not very overweight to begin with, so you are losing an appropriate amount of weight and it's hard to lose more because you're already in a healthy weight
2. Your food may be healthy but it's higher in calories than you need. Huge servings of whole grain rice, for example, are healthy in nutrients but those calories add up very quickly.
3. You are not weighing your food, and slowly you are adding too many calories. Examples of this are with meats, cheeses, oil, sauces, honey, nut butters, butter or similar spreads, and dressings. These are not easy to "eyeball" and without measuring we end up adding too much. The other problem is we think it's okay "because this is healthy". One that people overdo is almond butter. They don't measure it because "it's healthy" and they end up having 2-3 times the appropriate serving size. These are not small calories, either, so they add up quickly.
4. Your body needs exercise and you're not giving it. For some of us, our body loses weight easily with exercise and diet, rather than diet alone. For others, they can lose with diet alone just fine. I'm the type that needs exercise.
Diet is a science and you just have to eat healthy food, to lose weight you need to exercise + healthy sleep + rest + diet + sufficient amount of liquid and discipline is important, because without a plan I start eating various unhealthy foods and then I don't care about the results, now I'm trying a new diet, I found my liquid diet in this article https://betterme.world/articles/7-day-liquid-diet-weight-loss-results/ - it will be an interesting experience
