Sometimes randomly my nose and sinus hurts. I wonder if it from eating disorders from the past ? I’ve been clean for two years almost three. Or if it’s just allergies.

I agree with @SociusVj that it's very important to speak with your physician about what you are experiencing, and share about your ED history.  They can honestly assess what is going on at this point then.
