I don't know, I'm just looking for advice.

Selly0330 November 9th

Hi, I'm Selene, I'm 15 years old, honestly I don't know what's happening to me, I know I'm fat and I need to lose weight And I swear I've tried but I can't do it, I don't have the motivation, I don't have the desire to do it, I can't explain it. I'm already tired, I don't feel like continuing with this, I don't know what's happening to me, I don't know why I am like this or why I am like this, But I mainly look for advice on how to lose weight, not how to start, what to do, I have binges in a row and I can't stop 😓

It sounds like you are in a really frustrated and discouraging place.  I'm glad you posted.

How long have you been struggling with this?

It's not easy to deal with binge eating, but it is possible.  It's really difficult to deal with it and why it is happening.  Have you ever thought about or looked at when you binge and what is going on right before you binge?  Sometimes just the observation can help us learn more about ourselves and our eating challenges.

Hi, sorry to reply now, I just saw the message, I've tried and that, I guess it usually happens when I think about my body a lot, or how much I weigh, I can't stop thinking about it, or I usually see other people, My family used to compare me a lot with my brothers, so now even just seeing my brothers makes me feel bad about my physical appearance, It's like I'm constantly reminded

I'm 15yo female as well, I'm just gonna let u know this now. The sooner you start losing weight the better for your health mentally and physically. Start with planning everything out, ask for fruits and vegetables from the store, you could start with a easy air bicycle exercise. I do this a lot, burns belly and builds leg muscle which helps for faster fat burning. You can do it in your bed or laying on the floor, couch, etc.

Then cut out processed foods, you don't have to do this entirely, just make sure you exercise often and have a good diet, keep that up for months and you'll lose weight.

Don't be so hard on yourself losing weight is incredibly difficult, especially to get into the right mindset about it all, DO NOT HEAVILY RESTRICT YOUR MEALS/SNACKS PLEASE!! It causes binges, eating fruits make you feel full, focus on getting all of the nutrients you need and eating less than you normally do. If you can't sleep due to feeling hungry (because you cut your normal calorie intake) just go ahead and have a healthy filling snack, if that doesn't work, drink water, if that doesn't work, exercise or just distract yourself until you fall asleep.

Honestly I try, I try to improve and start doing things right, my mom now makes me do a help from 8 in the evening the next day until 2 in the afternoon, I don't know if it's right or what, also eating one dish at lunch and eating some fruits but I feel that it doesn't help much 😓
