I find myself losing my appetite and willingness top eat whenever I'm especially in an anxious or depressive state. I want to know how I can stop this cycle from reentering my life and love my body for how it is. I want a good relationship with food and I have been able to have one but once I'm stressed it feels like all my hard work just goes away. I want to be better though, I hate living like this.
