I recently got cheated on.I am trying to make things work out so it's very difficult for me to eat again I just get sick even think about food.I been throwing up water n bile because I can't keep anything down.I need to eat but I mentally am so drained my body doesn't want to take it.I just really need some guidance or some tips on what I can try to do to eat again.

Look, I can try to give you some advices, because I went through the same thing (and I'm still) even though it's not my about my boyfriend or idk what... Uhm, anyway, I don't know how long ago you found out that you got cheated on, but the only advice I can give you now is to give you a little bit of time. Because if you eat when you're stressed, you'll just make things worse. I mean, you must eat, but not like...big food (I know this sounds weird haha) like chicken, pizza, ect... But light food, such as crackers with something on it (like tuna sauce or whatever you prefer) and some light drink such as water or even tea if you want 🍵❤️

I'd recommend drinking some chamomile if that can help you deal with stress ❤️

I hope these things can help you, but remember that these are just advices and not professional help. I mean you can start up like this, but also therapy works over these problems.. (I'm not trying to advertise or at least force you to do it, it's just a suggestion that I think can do you some good to you). Stay strong ❤️💪
