I could use some advice... I binged tonight, so much I have a stomach ache and I still want to eat... I think I want to call in sick to work tomorrow. But why am I feeling such shame? I binged myself to calling in sick because now I have a horrible stomach ache....

It might help to talk about it 1 on 1 with a listener, call friends or family, or speak to a licensed therapist. It sounds like an issue you want to get to the root cause of.
