I need help with the recovery

I've been binge eating for a long time so of course, I've gained weight which makes me feel very insecure and anxious as well and what do I do when I'm nervous..? I binge eat. It's a vicious cycle and I'm so tired of this. I dont know what to do anymore because each time I try to stop it, I end up couting calories and eating less than I should or I just stop eating for some time and then I fall once again in the vicious cycle of BE. In the country where I live, there are no free psy and since I'm a student I can't afford paying one. I dont know what to do anymore...I just need help..

Hello,

I know what you mean by it being a vicious cycle. As, I've been there before. I'm sorry you're struggling with this. It's definitely tough to try to overcome. It's definitely recommended that you see a doctor. But, as you mentioned, it's not always affordable for everyone. @Colo820 Have you tried any coping skills to help with your nervous? Everyone has their own thing that works for them, sometimes it just takes a while to find something that might work for you. I understand that is can be a frustrating cycle. but just remember you can go through this. I would also try talking to a doctor, and maybe the will be able to help you. All the best wishes.

You can try distracting yourself and forget about it for a while. Or you can talk to your friends about your stress.
