Depending on your height, [edited by Anomalia to remove weight specifics] lbs can be udnerweight! I suggest you try shifting to a more healthy eating schedule! :) Aks for professional help because I do think you might be having symptoms of an eating disorder by starving yourself! :(

The very simple answer that I think you know deep down in your heart is, please speak to your therapist. It does sound like you are exhibiting signs of an eating disorder. It's going to take a lot of courage and strength I'm sure but you're such a brave person. You can do it, I believe in you!

According to the symptoms you describe, it does sound as if you are in the beginning stages of an eating disorder, and you should definitely talk to your therapist about it. You need to get help now because an eating disorder can get out of hand really fast.
@maisygibbons Definately mention it to ur therapist, and im sorry to say that i think u do. If u feel like that then it must be a disorder. I hope u can get through this!!
All I can think about is food. I spend half of the day starving and half of the day binging. Then after I binge I feel guilty and starve again. What's wrong with me? I feel so fat
@ElizabethTilley
Binging/purging/starving can be all parts of an eating disorder. I'm afraid what you may be experiencing, could be due to that. Are you currently receiving professional help? If not, I would highly recommend speaking to you doctor.
We also have a self-help guide on Eating Disorders and I found this article on All About Eating Disorders. It may help you to identify your problem and seek help. I hope you're able to find the answers you need!
