...See more I've always thought that starving myself was something that was considered normal for girls. When I found out it wasn't I felt uncomfortable but ignored it. I told myself that I could control my eating, loose weight, look thinner, and be a healthy person mentally and physically all at once. Now I regret everything. My doctor says that my heart has shrunk and it starting to fail. Along with my liver and kidneys. I have lost control of the situation and I feel so ashamed. Even worse is that as much as I want it to end, I hate gaining weight and I hate not being thin enough. Advice? Thoughts? Opinions? I'm open to it all
