I think i might have anorexia
I think i might have anorexia, I'm not eating a healthy amount, i don't know what is causing me to eat less, but i think it might be how i look, sometimes i feel like i look in the mirror and then i just want to eat less, today has been a little better for my eating, but i feel like it's getting worse, sometimes i just eat 1 or 2 bowls of something, i want to get better, but there's also something in me that wants to keep eating like this, and even when i do eat healthy, the feeling of not wanting to eat is still there, does anyone have any ideas or tips that could make that feeling go away?

Hey there. Thank you for opening up and reaching out for help. I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling with body image and an eating disorder. It sounds like you have some good days and bad days, and maybe today is a good day. I want to applaud you for recognizing that you need help and for noticing that some of your eating habits might be unhealthy.
I totally get wanting this feeling to go away. It is definitely possible to overcome an eating disorder. If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I don't know what your support system looks like, but is there any trusted adult you can approach for help?
To help quiet that eating disorder voice, you can try some of these strategies:
Challenge Negative Thoughts: Write down those negative thoughts and then counter them with positive affirmations.
Mindfulness and Relaxation: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or deep-breathing exercises to help stay grounded.
Seek Professional Help: Consider talking to a therapist who specializes in eating disorders.
Connect with Friends: Spend time with friends who support you and make you feel good about yourself.
Healthy Distractions: Engage in activities you enjoy to distract yourself from negative thoughts.
Remember, it's a journey, and you're taking important steps by seeking help.
@Remina thank you for the tips, really appreciate it. I'd rather not share my age, I'm a minor that's all I'll say, i don't want to tell my parents, but I've told my friend, and my sister. I think I'm on the right path to get better

You're welcome. Of course, I understand. So you have told two people and are on the right track, that's all that matters. What have your friend and sister said when you told them? Hopefully you're able to find the support you need.
@Remina I've talked about it with my friend, she's been really helpful and supportive, i know i can talk to her about it. My sister said that she could try to help me with making me food i can't wait to eat, but that was some time ago, i don't talk about it with my sister, but i know if i need to i can
