I have my first joint session with my wife on Monday with the eating disorder therapist. I'm very nervous about what's going to happen and what's going to be discussed. It's never fun to put the eating disorder secrets out in the open.

Don't be scared! It's always hard to let your secrets come out, but you may find that you feel a lot better once it's all off your chest. Part of the healing process is admitting to yourself and the people around you that you have a disorder.

@TheLPSoldier thanks. Part of it is that I hate hurting people i love and part of it is that once it's all out in the open i won't be able to continue being sick, which is scaring the hell out of me. I know what I have to do, but damn if it isn't difficult sometimes.
